Getting Started:
If interested in the Portfolio, please register for more information by completing the Seller's Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Additionally, interested parties may also contact any member of the Colliers Team listed under "Primary Contacts" below.
Portfolio versus Individual Properties:
The AIC Portfolio may be acquired in total only. The Seller will not consider offers on individual properties, exclusions, nor substitutions of properties within the Portfolio. However, Seller holds a substantial remaining portfolio of similar net leased investment that may be available for sale. As such, Seller may consider increasing the number of properties included within this Portfolio, based upon a substantive qualification of offers.
Offer Due Date:
Seller respectfully requests offers for the entire Portfolio by Monday, March 5th, 2012.
Due Diligence Materials:
All available Due Diligence materials may be accessed electronically via download at the Property’s website Virtual Due Diligence Library. To access these documents, the buyer must have registered and executed Seller’s Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Registering will also provide all registrants with periodic e-mail updates on new information and materials. Materials not available electronically may be acquired directly through contacting any member of the Colliers Team listed under “Primary Contacts” below.
Scheduling Tours:
All property tours must coordinated through the Seller. Seller respectfully requests that potential interested parties do NOT contact tenants directly. The Colliers Team will assist with coordination and scheduling of any site visits and tours.
Will real estate commissions and/or referral fees be available?
No real estate commission nor referral fees are being offered nor are otherwise available to real estate brokers/agents or other third parties for the procurement or referral of a successful bidder. Persons seeking commissions and/or fees for their services in connection with the sale of the Portfolio should seek compensation directly from their client or the person(s)/entity(s) for which they are providing services. |
