The AIC National Single Tenant Net Lease Portfolio (the "Portfolio") offers an investor an opportunity to immediately secure a critical mass of 3.5 million square feet of long-term, single-tenant net leased properties, generating in excess of $18.6 million in year-one contract rent. The Portfolio is occupied by tenants recognized as leaders in their respective industries. Moreover, the Portfolio features diversification of tenants across industry types, regions, facility uses and building sizes. One consistent theme across the Portfolio is that each facility is deemed "mission critical" for each of the tenant's respective business.
